一、鋰電池保護板功能
鋰電池保護板是電(dian)子元(yuan)器(qi)件和(he)PCB組成,在一定溫濕環境下時(shi)刻準備監護電(dian)芯的電(dian)壓以及充放回路(lu)的電(dian)流,及時(shi)控制電(dian)流回路(lu)的通斷的一種(zhong)電(dian)路(lu)板。

鋰電(dian)(dian)池保(bao)護板(ban)的(de)(de)核心部件是保(bao)護IC,組成保(bao)護板(ban)的(de)(de)主要物料(liao)PCB、電(dian)(dian)容(rong)、電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)、二極管(guan)(guan)、三(san)極管(guan)(guan)、磁場效應管(guan)(guan)(MOS管(guan)(guan))

過充保護:當電(dian)(dian)池(chi)組(zu)某一(yi)串電(dian)(dian)壓大于(過壓)最大值時(shi),且達到保護延遲(chi),IC控制CMOS關斷(duan)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)回路。

過放保護:當電(dian)池組某一(yi)串電(dian)壓(ya)小于(欠壓(ya))最大值(zhi)時,且(qie)達到(dao)保護延遲,IC控制DMOS關斷(duan)放點回路。

過流、短路保護:當電(dian)池組(zu)P+與P-輸(shu)出電(dian)流超過過流/短路電(dian)流值(zhi),并達到過流/短路延時(shi),控(kong)制電(dian)路控(kong)制放電(dian)DMOS關斷放電(dian)回路,停(ting)止放電(dian)。

多節鋰電路的保護:單體鋰離子電池的(de)額定電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓為3.6V,不能滿(man)足(zu)高(gao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓供電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場合(he)的(de)需要,因此(ci)就(jiu)需要多(duo)節(jie)鋰(li)(li)離子(zi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)串聯使用。為此(ci),各有(you)關電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源管(guan)理控制集成(cheng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路生產廠(chang)商紛(fen)紛(fen)推(tui)出了(le)自己(ji)的(de)多(duo)節(jie)鋰(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)組(zu))保(bao)護(hu)集成(cheng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路芯片(pian),這類產品(pin)的(de)特(te)點是監控3、4節(jie)鋰(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)的(de)充(chong)放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)狀態,可實現(xian)過(guo)充(chong)、過(guo)放(fang)和(he)過(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流保(bao)護(hu)。

高低溫保護:溫度感應器達到溫度閾值時,且達到保(bao)護延遲,控(kong)制(zhi)電(dian)(dian)路控(kong)制(zhi)關斷(duan)充放(fang)電(dian)(dian)MOS管,停止充放(fang)電(dian)(dian)。

鋰電池保護板還具有(you)電量檢測、余(yu)量顯(xian)示、電池工作(zuo)狀態顯(xian)示、通訊遠程控(kong)制等功能(neng)。

二、鋰電池BMS核心部件功能

智能電量計保護板(PCM):利用先進(jin)(jin)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)量(liang)計(ji)算原理(li)時(shi)時(shi)精確計(ji)算出電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)量(liang),并通過(guo)SMBUS時(shi)時(shi)向主(zhu)機報告電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)量(liang)信息(xi),同時(shi)向可充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)智能電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)組進(jin)(jin)行功能保護,由于鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)本身的(de)(de)化(hua)學特性(xing),需要提(ti)供過(guo)充、過(guo)放、短路、過(guo)流(liu)及(ji)過(guo)溫(wen)等保護功能,以避免(mian)引起燃(ran)燒、爆(bao)炸等危(wei)險(xian)。

保護板(PCM):主(zhu)要是對可(ke)充電智(zhi)能LED臺燈鋰(li)電池(chi)進行設計的保(bao)(bao)護線路,由于鋰(li)電池(chi)本身的化學(xue)特性,需要提供智(zhi)能過充、過放(fang)、短(duan)路、過流及過溫等保(bao)(bao)護功能。以(yi)避免引起燃(ran)燒(shao)、爆炸等安全事故(gu)。

保護IC(Protection IC):設計(ji)方案的(de)主要保護功(gong)能(neng)芯(xin)片,對電芯(xin)進行在(zai)線(xian)功(gong)能(neng)的(de)時時監測。使(shi)電芯(xin)在(zai)安(an)全、穩定、高效的(de)范圍內工作(zuo)。

過流保護片(PTC可恢復保險絲):主要針對(dui)二次保護功能設計。PTC具有過流(liu)保護、自(zi)動恢復雙(shuang)重(zhong)功能,LED燈(deng)鋰電(dian)池里的PTC可以(yi)防止(zhi)電(dian)池高溫(wen)放電(dian)和不安全的大電(dian)流(liu)的發生。

場效應管(MOSFET):MOSFET管,在保護電路中起開關作(zuo)用,永(yong)遠使負(fu)載兩端的電壓(ya)不會升高也(ye)不會降低,保證電壓(ya)穩(wen)定。
